QIRT 2012 Conference Fees
Regular participants
Early bird rate (deadline: April 30th 2012, 24:00 GMT, Greenwich Mean Time): 552 EUR
Regular rate (deadline: May 31th 2012, 24:00 GMT, Greenwich Mean Time): 648 EUR
Late-Desk registration rate: 738 EUR
Students
Early bird rate (deadline: April 30th 2012, 24:00 GMT, Greenwich Mean Time): 348 EUR
Regular rate (deadline: May 31th 2012 24:00 GMT, Greenwich Mean Time): 408 EUR
Only students and PhD students are entitled to apply for this fee. To make a student registration, please send in advance documentation proving the status of student by email (qirt2012@unina.it) in order to obtain a Fee code for online registration or send the documentation with the Offline Registration Form.
Fee covers: Conference USB Proceedings, Welcome reception, Conference dinner, 3 lunches and coffee breaks. Accommodation is not included. For regular participants only, fee includes also a subscription to the QIRT Journal for 2 years.

Cancellation Policy
If you needed to cancel your registration a written cancellation (emails accepted) must be received by QIRT 2012 by May 15, 2012. All cancellations are charged a 50 EUR cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancelling. No refund is possible in case of cancellation after May 15, 2012
To register to the QIRT 2012 conference there are three possibilities:

The main Registration Process steps are: Choice of registration type and options; Log to the QIRT 2012 website with your user credentials (you need an account if you do not have it please fill in the information in order to create a new QIRT 2012 account); Perform the payment via the PayPal website (all credit cards are accepted). Offline Conference Registration via Email/Fax (deadline: May 31th 2012)
The main Registration Process steps are: Download the registration form; Compile the form; Perform the payment by bank wire transfer; Send the compiled form and the receipt of payment by email (qirt2012@unina.it) or by Fax +390812141604
Desk Conference Registration
Desk registration is possible only with a cash payment.
