The manuscript must be prepared according to the template in PDF and in Microsoft Word. Manuscript should be submitted in PDF format (suggested) or Microsoft Word format.
All authors with abstracts accepted for QIRT 2012 will have to upload a full-manuscript via the automatic procedure of the website after logging in with credentials (user and password) obtained during the abstract submission process.
Manuscript Submission deadline is April 30th, 2012.
Oral presentations should be delivered using a computer projector. The preferred applications are Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat (pdf files).
Computer systems with Windows 7 and Office 2010 will be available and delegates are expected to use the conference computer to minimize setup time. Each delegate is requested to upload his presentation prior to the start of the session on the conference computer. We suggest bringing a copy of all the files including movies on multiple media formats (e.g. CD and/or USB key). Please make sure to use standard codecs for video to minimize risks of playing issues during presentation on the conference computer system.
Presentations will last 20 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions and answers. Timing will be strictly enforced by the chairperson and delegates should make sure that they do not talk for more than the allocated time slot.
Please remember to register Online or Offline before April 30th, 2012 to obtain the early bird rate (see details in the Registration webpage) and indicate the paper that you will present.
